A: Please noted that the minimum order amount is $4000, we can only ship when your cart is over $4000.

Q: Production time and delivery time?
Production time around 15-45 days (except Sundays) depends on order and delivery is around 30-60 days.

Q: Are the inflatables commercial grade?
A: Yes, we export commercial inflatables to rental businesses worldwide, we don't rent/ sell to households.

Q: Any discount on multiple units?
A:Yes, When your cart is over $15000, there’s another discount on 2%-5%.

Q: How to order?

- Pick inflatables and you can only check out with our minimum order amount $4000.
- Sea freight will be added manually within 24hours.
- Customer confirms order.
- 50% deposit.
- Start production in 15 - 45 days.
- Send pictures of end-products.
- 50% balance.
- Shipping by sea in 30- 60days.
- Receive your inflatables.

Q: How to repair when damage?
A:
Step 1: Identify the Damage
Thoroughly inspect the inflatable to locate any tears, punctures, or leaks.
Step 2: Clean and Dry the Area
Clean the damaged area with mild soap and water to remove dirt or debris. Allow the area to dry completely before proceeding with the repair.
Step 3: Patch the Damage
Apply a patch specifically designed for inflatable repairs over the damaged area. Make sure the patch is slightly larger than the damaged area to ensure proper coverage. Press the patch firmly onto the surface, smoothing out any wrinkles or air bubbles.
Step 4: Apply Adhesive
If using a patch that requires adhesive, apply a thin, even layer of adhesive to both the patch and the inflatable surface. Allow the adhesive to become tacky before pressing the patch onto the surface.
Step 5: Allow Time to Cure/Allow the Adhesive to Dry
Once the patch is in place, you'll need to allow the adhesive to dry completely. This may take several hours, depending on the type of adhesive you are using. It's important to avoid using the inflatable until the adhesive is completely dry, as this could cause the patch to come loose. Wait at least 1 hour before inflating again.
Step 6: Test the Repair
Once the patch has cured, inflate the inflatable and check for any signs of leakage. If the repair holds, the inflatable is ready to be used again.
It's important to use repair materials specifically designed for inflatables and follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully to ensure a successful repair. If the damage is extensive or beyond your ability to repair, consider seeking professional assistance.

A: Free accessories include Storage Bag / Repair Kit / Warning Label / Custom Logo .

Q: Do I need to pay port charges and duties?
A: All charge would be paid by us. Buyers not need to pay anything ,even not need to handle any work.

Q: Can I custom my own inflatable?
A: Sure you can design your own inflatables with Kule using different colors, materials, and sizes. Let us know your ideas.

Q: Do you have a distributor in our country?
A: We don't have any distributors overseas. You will get products directly from our factory without a distributor adding margins.
Please keep in mind, freight varies according to your location and the weight of the items ordered.

Q: I accidently placed an order on website, how can I cancel?
A: Please send us a request, order will be cancelled automatically in 24 hours.
